Welcome to our new portfolio of courses

With around 1,200 Information and Communication Technology(ICT) professionals trained throughout the Commonwealth each year, the CTO is at the centre of one of the most extensive international knowledge exchange and capacity building programmes available to the industry. Whilst leveraging a network of engineers, business managers and other industry experts from Sector Members and partners around the world to help develop practical solutions for customers. The scope of this catalogue, which is regularly reviewed, has been developed to reflect and respond to the strategic needs of governments, regulatory agencies, fixed and mobile operators.

All courses are designed to be delivered internally. The provided description of each featured course gives an idea of its objectives, content and outcome. Prior to training delivery, individual course content is further developed, based on the practical needs of our customers and their business context.
