Shola Taylor took office as Secretary-General on 17 September 2015. Upon taking office, Mr Taylor immediately commenced work on developing the CTO’s Strategic Plan for 2016-2020 designed to build toward the vision that the CTO is a trusted partner for sustainable development for all through ICTs.
