By resolution, in September, the CTO’s annual Council Meeting held in Maputo on 14 September 2017 called upon Commonwealth Heads of Government to address cybersecurity when they meet in London in April 2018. In response, the Government of India has kindly agreed that the Commonwealth and its partners can meet in the margins of the Global Conference on Cyberspace (GCCS) in Delhi to take this idea forward.
