Service improvement and higher efficiencies through e-Governance

The Commonwealth E-Governance Forum under the theme of “Smart Governance through a Networked Government” will take place on 24 – 25 March 2015 at the Kigali Serena Hotel in Kigali, Rwanda.

Governments globally have adopted e-enabling public services to improve service delivery, efficiency and transparency, leading to citizen centric governance. Technological advances such as open data and cloud services have added new dimensions to e-governance. For e-Governance to remain relevant and to improve, it is imperative to draw on the advances of technology. The Commonwealth e-Governance Forum 2015 will examine new technologies, showcase innovative e-Governance services, facilitate knowledge exchange and assist relationship building between the public sector and industry, by examining various facets of e-Governance including:
