This course provides basic knowledge of technologies and products used for Voice over IP (VoIP). Both media transport (audio, video) and signalling methods are discussed. This course examines, in detail, the benefits and drawbacks of this new and potentially ‘killer’ application and how to approach the deployment of VoIP within your organisation.
