Join the PDT

PDT membership is open to organisations seeking to receive training in the field of ICTs so as to develop their capacity and enable their staff to be aware of technological developments within the sector.

PDT members traditionally are any Government ICT/Telecommunications Ministry or Regulatory Authority, National ICT Implementing agency, telecom operator (whether fixed or mobile) which is seeking training to fulfil their own internal training requirements, however, this is not exclusive. CTO would be pleased to work with a plethora of government ministries and other organisations seeking technical support to meet their training needs.

Key terms & conditions
  • Payment of annual membership fees
  • Requirement to host at least a third of total courses awarded
  • Funding is limited to transport, accommodation and subsistence and is based on economy fares and UN DSA applicable subsistence rates

Important Notes:

  1. * The CTO will pay for the participant’s subsistence, international travel, accommodation and event registration.
  2. A typical course would accommodate around 25 participants.
  3. For consulting assignments, only partial funding may be offered, depending on project scope and available funding.
