Liaison Officers’ Consultative Meeting 2026

This annual meeting brings together Liaison Officers from member organisations to strengthen collaboration and advance key priorities in governance, capacity-building, and member engagement. It provides a structured platform to review the Programme for Development Training (PDT), share strategic updates on capacity-building for development impact, and enhance partnerships between the CTO and its members.

The programme also features an in-person induction on international diplomacy and protocol, equipping Liaison Officers with the skills to effectively represent their organisations in multilateral and international ICT environments.
