Overview
40 participants attended the first South Asian Regional CIIP Workshop jointly hosted by the CTO and the Computer Society of Sri Lanka (CSSL) at the National IT Conference (NITC) in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The participating countries included: Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
The workshop was divided into two parts:- the first part presented the Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (CIIP) and the second part focused on the commonwealth perspective on Cyber-governance model and the commonwealth approach to developing a national Cybersecurity strategy.
