Online Learning Resource Centre

The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) welcomes you to its Online Learning Resource Centre (OLRC). This facility offers members of the Programme for Development and Training (PDT) online access to essential workplace insights and learning programmes, and this represents a first step towards a fully integrated learning resource centre.

This initiative was born from a partnership between the CTO and Caribbean Institute of Leadership and Coaching (CILC), an organisation that facilitates sustainable growth through people and business development.

The resources that can be accessed through the OLRC include Learning Bytes as well as self-paced short learning programmes for enhancing employee skills and performance. The OLRC provides content in the following subject categories:

  1. Business Innovation & Team Work Essentials

  3. Goal Setting and Achievement
  4. Cybersecurity
  5. Finance Essentials
  6. Project Management
